We collect state sales tax when shipping to the state of Florida.

Full Manufacturers Warranty
Unlike many other internet retailers who buy their equipment from brokers on the “gray market”, we buy our gear directly from the manufacturer. We are authorized dealers for all the products you see on our store. This way, you can be assured that every product we sell comes with the full manufacturer’s warranty.

Shipping
Orders placed on weekdays before 3pm EST, for in-stock items, will ship that same day.
Orders placed on weekends for in stock items will ship on the following Monday.
We use either FedEx, UPS or USPS for all our shipping, if your address is an APO BOX, you will have to choose USPS as your shipping method, because neither FedEx nor UPS deliver to PO Boxes.
FedEx and UPS offers daily tracking of your shipment.
USPS’s does not offer tracking. They offer delivery confirmation; this means that you can see when they package was picked up at our facility and when it was delivered to its destination. If you require daily tracking, use FedEx or UPS instead.
Delivery time is determined by shipping method chosen at time of checkout and is based on weekdays. Delivery to carrier constitutes delivery to customer.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless the carrier has failed to meet the delivery commitment in their shipping guide. When the carrier has failed to meet the delivery commitment, the decision by the carrier regarding a claim for refund is final.

Signature Confirmation

As a safety precaution for our customers and our business, signature confirmation is automatically placed on certain orders. If a customer opts out of signature confirmation for any reason they become responsible for the possible loss of the shipment and all costs associated with the loss of their shipment.

Shipping Methods
UPS (United Postal Service)

  • UPS Ground: Your order will be delivered 1 - 10 business from the time your order is shipped.
  • UPS 3 Day Select®: If ordered by 4pm EST your order will be delivered by the end of day, 3 business days from the time your order is shipped.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air®: If ordered by 4pm EST your order will be delivered by the end of day, 2 business days from the time your order is shipped.
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver®: If ordered by 4pm EST your order will be delivered by the end of day, the following business day.
  • UPS Standard to Canada: Your order will be delivered 4 - 10 from the time your order is shipped.
  • UPS Worldwide Expedited® - Your order will be delivered 2 - 5 from the time your order is shipped.

USPS (United States Postal Service)

  • Express Mail - Estimated time of delivery: Overnight to most locations.
  • Priority Mail -Estimated time of delivery: 1-3 Days (except weekends and holidays).
  • International Global Express Guaranteed - Estimated time of delivery: 1-3 Days (except weekends and holidays).
  • Express Mail International - Estimated time of delivery: 3-5 Days (except weekends and holidays).
  • Priority Mail international - Estimated time of delivery: 6-10 Days (except weekends and holidays).

International Orders
When ordering from Spearfishingworld.com, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Spearfishingworld has no control over these charges, nor can Spearfishingworld predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

International orders will only ship to the billing address of the credit card being used for payment. Delivery to carrier constitutes delivery to customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by your Country's Customs department. If Customs in your country refuses to give you your package, you can have the package returned to us for refund (minus shipping charges). Refund will be applied after we receive the merchandise in resellable conditions.

USPS has a size limitation that varies from Country to Country, but it is usually 42”. If you are ordering an item longer than 42”, you will have to select UPS as your shipping method.

  • Express Mail International - Estimated time of delivery: 3-5 Days (except weekends and holidays).
  • Priority Mail international - Estimated time of delivery: 6-10 Days (except weekends and holidays).

Returns or Exchanges

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days, and we will send you a replacement or issue a store credit (less the shipping charge, for items which we offer free shipping the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted. You will need all original manufacturer's packaging with all materials, manuals and warranty cards.

Books, CD's, DVD's and Video Tapes may not be returned.

We will try our best to find the right model, size, color or other brand, even if not advertised on our website.  We will issue a full refund only if the products are defective, not as advertised, or if we couldn’t meet the terms of the sale.

Use any of the following options to return products purchased online or from our retail store.

1. Return Internet or store orders at SCUBA’S World retail store.

    In-Store return guidelines:
  • Bring the products you wish to return to retail store.
  • Make sure to bring the original packing slip for the items you wish to return.
  • You will receive a return confirmation and a credit will be issued to the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is no longer valid, or if the order was a gift, you'll be issued a store credit instead.

2. Send your return to us with the shipper of your choice. Products are your responsibility, as a customer, until they reach us. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service such as UPS.

Returning a gift?
Include the purchaser's name and address along with your return. Indicate whether you'd like to exchange the gift for another product or store credit.
Price Adjustments
If an item you purchased from SpearfishingWorld.com or at our retail store goes on sale for a lower price within 14 days of your original purchase, ScubasWorld will refund the difference upon request.
